Our work on Sardine for restauranteurs Stevie Parle and Jonathan Downey is all about building in craft cues and what better way than to do this than by hand. We didn't touch an Apple computer to deliver this project instead opting for a lead pencil and a sheet of paper in a bid to reflect the attention of detail paid to the food.

We love the way the brand title of 'Sardine' ties in with the offer of 'Bar' and 'Dine'. This project remains unpublished due to a name change but it's always good to get out the graphite.
