Previously known as ‘Quiet Deeds’ we have been working with Melbourne based Deeds Brewing since 2017. After an initial re-brand and art direction for their core range, we have gone on to design over 100 limited edition cans for the brewery as of 2024.

Inspired by dazzle camouflage the art direction for the brand identity and core product range follows a simple concept of the visually quiet vs the visually loud with minimal typography and block colour contrasting against areas of vibrant geometric pattern.

When designing the cans we leave areas of the pattern blank to allow the bare aluminium to show through, adding depth and creating eye-catching metallic highlights.

Every month Deeds release a number of limited edition beers, each one with a unique theme and label artwork. Our design work for the these cans have seen us explore everything from Bauhaus inspired graphics to Back to the Future film references.
